Genet
Hello, I configured the delivery cost to zero, but when I place a product to the cart, the delivery cost is displayed as a certain amount of money. When I manage the fixed delivery cost in the back office, this certain amount of money is added to the fixed cost by me. What is the problem ? Can you help me please ? Thank you in advance !! Dave L
The only other place that I can think of where a shipping fee can be entered is in the Catalog when you add a new product. There is a field for Additional shipping cost:
Genet
OK Thank you !! There is another thing - can I remove the tax from the amount of shipping cost ?
Dave L
I don't recall seeing a setting for shipping tax anywhere in the BO. Maybe you could enter the shipping fee net of tax.
