Failure to Login to PrestaShop

I have a strange problem. I was working with prestashop until it suddenly logged me out. I tried loging in again and after I enter the correct user name and pass it just refreshes the login page. if I enter incorrect pass it gives an error that the pass is incorrect. The strange thing about it is that it works from all other computers in the office except for mine. I tried different browsers, cleaning memory, even reinstalled the windows - the problem remains - it refreshes me the login page to the PrestaShop. Can anyone suggest me anything, i'm lost and i really need to work on my e-shop.

Log in from one of those other machines

Turn off all performance tweaks temporarily (Back Office > Preferences > Performance > Smarty > Force compile= yes, Cache = no)

Delete all files in /tools/smarty/compile/ directory except index.php

Clear all cookies from your browser on the problem machine

Try logging in again.

If it works, remember to turn on the performance tweaks as desired.
