[ Solved ] Cannot use Run Live edit function

Hello I was able to use the run live edit option perfectly before but now am unable to do so. I can open it up but it does not give me the grid/columns and the freedom to select a module and move it around at my will. I am running 1.4.4.1 and it is a fresh install. Any advice would be appreciated.

 

I am in particular trying to move the advanced top menu just below my logo banner.

I do not know HOW but straight after posting this message it started to work!
