So I thought it would be easier and more accurate to install a clean shop and import only the customers and the products antique store. It has to do it? Dave L Posted October 4, 2011 Share Posted October 4, 2011 You don't say exactly what the actual trouble is so it's difficult to advise. Personally, I always say that there's nothing quite like a clean install. However, in most cases it just isn't practical unless your website doesn't have too much content and not so many registered customers. Going the upgrade route is pretty straight forward though. Most people who have problems with upgrading have so because to process was rushed and upgrade steps missed. If the upgrade process is followed precisely there's no reason that I can see why it shouldn't be successful. There are both written and video tutorial for the upgrade process.
