Need a text field length validator

Hello,

 

I'm looking for a module or code that:

 

 

1. Adds options for minimum and maximum length to Customization text fields for each product in BO

 

2. Displays error in FO if these parameters are not met

 

 

I guess its similar to the textRequired function already in PS.

It replaces the customization, and has a max character length for textbox and textarea.

Super. Is it also prossible with the standard version? Little bit cheaper. Cause that will be the only function I will use.

No, it's not, the regular version only supports radio + checkboxes.

 

The Pro version changes the way combinations work (which requires some core changes), and lets you display attributes as a textbox, text area and file uploads.

 

Since they are attributes, you can also assign a price impact to each of them.

 

It also has the ability to edit products that were added to the cart, in case a customer wants to change the text they entered.

Wow, works great. Just using the one feature of limited text entry, but love the way it does it. No need to click the save button any more, just click add to cart and it saves it. Love that feature to, did not know that it was possible, now I have it. GREAT!
