[SOLVED] Blank pages in BO Module - Positions & COD validation.php

Hello !

 

Problem 1 --- When I go in BO modules and click on Positions, it shows only half page like the screenshot below :

 

Problem 2 -- When I select Cash on Delivery as option on payment and shipping in order, the page validation.php also loads only half.

 

PS Version : 1.4.4.0

 

I guess both the problems are inter-related and would appreciate your help on resolving the same.

Try this thread nearly always memory related.

Thanks for the thread. But I have checked and the memory is 64M - 64M.

 

So memory does not seem to be the problem.

 

What else can be causing this problem?

Strange, I would try re uploading the files that are going wrong & see if that fixes it. Also check your file permissions are set to 755

I have checked and set all permissions to 755 and also uploaded the files again.

 

But still the error exists.

 

In fact, now, when I checkout using cash on delivery, it gives "Internal Server Error" and the Cpanel Log shows as under :

Hello !

 

Did not get any firm solution to this problem after spending 2 full days on it; so decided to re-install.

 

Fresh install solved all problems.
