Canarias
I'll have a problem with the shipping costs Example: TNT - 1 to 0.100 kilo = 17.99 euro BPost - 0.350 grams to 1 kg = 3.90 euro When a customer has an order of 0.120 grams The result in the shopping cart the program gvies the choice between the 2 carriers I want that the program gives only the BPost in that case Is that a bug ? I'll have this problem since 1 month Sorry for my bad english Thanks Eddy
Mike Kranzler
Hi Canarias, I think I'm a little confused by the combination of kilograms and grams. Could you please repost your shipping ranges using a single unit of measurement? I think I have identified the potential issue, but I'm not completely sure because of this confusion. -Mike
Dave L
Mike, I'm pretty sure he means 0.350 kg - that would make sense anyway. Eddy, Edit your 'TNT' Carrier and set the out of range behaviour to Disable Carrier. Edit your BPost Carrier and set it's out of range behaviour to Apply the Cost of the Highest Defined Range. Of course it would be prudent to have the BPost weight range capture the 0.120 kg product weight.
Mike Kranzler
Yes, I was a little confused, especially with the .350 and .120 grams. And as Dave said, if you want certain weights to only have one shipping option, you should include them within the range of your selected carrier. Customers are getting an option to pick between the two right now because it doesn't expressly fit any of your current shipping rules. -Mike
