emokemi Posted September 29, 2011 Share Posted September 29, 2011 Hi, We are using Prestashop 1.4.0 and have realised that messages sent to customer services through the contact form on the shop do not appear in the backend of the shop. Has anyone faced such an issue and if so what a suggested resolution might be? Alternatively if this is a known bug, is there an ETA on the resolution?
