hurray
A customer made a purchase on my site. I received a payment notification email from Paypal and an email confirmation from prestashop. However on the order page on the back office, there is no record of the transaction. Does anyone know what happened? Everything was working just fine. tomerg3
What version of Prestashop are you using? what version of paypal? Without some information about your setup, you will not get any answers...
hurray
I am using prestashop 1.3.5.1. And I have a merchant paypal account. My shop is 1 yr old and everything was working just fine before this incident. In fact, I had my webhost replace paypal redirect.php file with a new one since I received an email from google stating that they suspect my site to be a phishing attack (I have created a thread with this title). Could it be due to that?
tomerg3
You failed to provide the information I asked for again (paypal module version) What do you mean by "I had my webhost replace paypal redirect.php file with a new one"? You can't just stick a file there that was not from the exact version of the paypal module that you were using before. I suggest getting the original file that came with your Prestashop version (if you don't have it, look online, there are site with all the versions of PS for download)
hurray
I am using paypal 1.7.1.
tomerg3
What do you mean by "I had my webhost replace paypal redirect.php file with a new one"? Where did they get this so called "new" one? I suspect it doesn't match, so you should get the redirect.php that came with that version of the paypal module.
hurray
HI tomerg3, Any idea where I can find just that file without having to reinstall the entire module? Thanks.
