kbrmin
I am continuing to have problems with my Paypal module. This is the report my customer and I receive: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2011-09-27T20:50:51Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Is this because the customer's state isn't right? Also is there a way to make the cart "reset" or to edit the address once it has been typed in and pressed "continue" in the process? It keeps my address in the browser and I can't edit it even when I reopen the browser etc. Is that a cookie setting or something I can change? Joe Retail
I am having the same problem. It seems that customers are not including the state for some reason. I don't know if they are adding it and then it doesn't "stick" or if they are just missing it but it seems very unlikely to happen repeatedly with various customers. When they try to order, Paypal sees the missing STATE and generates the error. The customer is confused and the sale is lost. I would expect PrestaShop to force the state field to be filled in but I guess they don't. Any luck fixing this? I am continuing to have problems with my Paypal module. kbrmin
Quite a few of my customers are for some reason not selecting a state in their cart, which leads to this paypal error. How can I make it a forced field to select? I just replaced the authentication.php and order-opc-new-account.tpl files.
