rfalkner
Hello, Im currently editing a prestashop site. Iv'e had some complications with SEO (meta tags) and site URL's. I've edited index.php meta tags under Preferences > SEO & URL's, but when i check the site (chrome inspect element to view code) i can only see following: <meta name="generator" content="PrestaShop"> <meta name="robots" content="index, follow"> Even though i have changed keywords and description, it dosen't seem to change a bit. Also i don't want the URL to be /something on the index page. My next questrion is regarding the site title. When i go to backoffice > catalog to edit meta title, description etc on the subpages, it wont change either when i inspect them. Am i doing anything wrong? Im on version 1.4.0.17 Best regards

wolfstores.com
Hey, Have you tried running force compile? To do that go to the Back Office>Preferences>Performance and set Force compile to yes and save. Once you have checked and seen that the changes have been made you should turn off force compile because it will slow down the website if you leave it on.
