Dave L Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 It may be to do with not enough memory allocation. You can increase the memory limit in your php.ini file if you have access to it. dazzza Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 Your php.ini can be found on your server root. For the majority of users, this can only be changed by their host. The problem you have occurs quite often in the payments tab & occasionally in the modules tab. It's usually memory related. I would suggest as I said above, delete some unwanted modules.
