Combinations not showing up

I have customers completeing orders, but when I receive the order it doesn't show the size, shirt fit. It only shows the color.

 

I have followed all of the directions adding combinations. They include color, shirt fit, size and qty.

What am I doing wrong.

 

 

My site is www.oraiasportsetc.com I just had a customer order the basketball mom bling tee and I cannot ship it until she returns my email.

 

Please help. I have to email each cutomer right now and ask for these details!!!

Hey, I had the same problem at first... It shows your different combinations to the customers, but when they order, you have no idea what they orders, it just shows all of your combinations, right?

 

If that's that's the case, I know exactly what's wrong. You need to do every combination individually. You can't just put all your combinations under one combination. i.e. If you have a Jersey that comes in in Red, Blue and Orange. You need to add one combination at a time. A Red one, a Blue one and an Orange one. Same goes is you have all of those in different sizes. You need to do one combination of a Red one, size S, then a different one of a Red one size M, and so on. Does that make sense? It's pain in the ass to do it through the back office. I highly recommend you do it with a .csv file.
