How to add Subject Heading in contact form page

Hi,

If I want to send a question in contact form page (customer support) I can not choose a Subject Heading, therefor I can not send a question. Please help.

anybody, please, how to add subject heading to choose from when contacting customer support. In my case there in a bracket it says choose, but I get no options to choose from.

check this one :

 

in your BO go to : Employees >> Contacts

if you see some lines there it is ok ,

if it is blank choose add new

 

give it a name like customer service or something like this

when everything is right it must work

 

also you can check :

Preferences >> Email

is this filled in ?

 

does the testmail work ?
