Update of cart quantity

Has anyone modified their cart so instead of the "+" and "-" button there is just a refresh button that refresh the quantity to what you write in the quantity box?

 

Would love to see the code for it if someone have done it.

I would like to add a "refresh button" as well because the cart, when adding products we have to refresh the page F5.

 

Any ideia?

I think also that it would be MUCH better to give the option to put a refresh button in the cart instead of "+" and "-" icons as the client can put any quantity in the box and then click refresh button

 

What would happen if the clients wants to buy 40 of the same item ? Would need to click 39 times on the "+" icon ?

 

If you refresh with F5 it does not work either (at least for me )

 

I am using Prestashop 1.4.5

EDITED I have just seen that there is another thread that could have a solution for this, BUT it does not work for me, or I am making it wrongly
