how to insert new language in installer ?

Hello !

how can you insert new language into installer so when you make the new install on a new server , the language you prefer is being instaled also ?

ex:

the prestashop installer has english and french languages by default

the modified installer has english , french and romanian by default

so after the install , the front office have 3 languages instaled by default


any suggestions ???
