Jen
Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this is due to the fact that I'm in sandbox mode, but when I complete a transaction and choose to go back to my site the status of the order says "Payment Error" & the total price of the purchase is $0. Is this due to the fact that I'm in Sandbox mode, or is this an error. If it is an error, does anyone have a fix for me?Thanks so much!
ObsessionO
There are some threads on this which I have looked over. The quick answer in my opinion is no. I am sorry about that, because for many paypal is the only answer without third party processors, or a merchant account, or google checkout. The sandbox mode consistantly returns the error, even after you follow the instructions and set this and that variable in paypal. It will be nice if there a working module created for it, but if not and if this is your only option for payment if you have time you can wait for a module to be developed, find a developer and pay them a sum of money, if you have it, or worst you might have to find another solution after putting all your time into prestashop. Sorry that I have no other answers for you, but someone with more experience might have a better answer.
ObsessionO
I should ask first, did you try the V2 module from Paul? He has a site you can download that from. For some that fix works for some it does not. Let me get the link. I should have asked if you had tried that first. I just assumed you had. Let me go and find his link. There might even be a sticky with it.
ObsessionO
http://www.ecartservice.net/08092008/beta-v2-paypal-module-prestashop/You can download it from here. The module is not for a production environment, which is I guess what you need it for, but desperate times as they say. You can see what others who use this are saying. It's not for a live environment, so it's only sort of a work around.
