leighmills33
Hi Guys, I am new to prestashop and are currently trying to set up my shop. I have encountered a few issues, when I installed Prestashop the default prestashop theme works perfect, I can click on the pages and it will take me to the relevant pages, such as site map, log in, cart and so on. However I copied over the Rumah Batik theme and when I tried to select the same links such as site map, log in etc the pages were returning just black, all I could see was the header and background. I then tried adding some new categories, selecting them on my page and still got no response, it takes me to the page but nothing is displayed. I thought it was just the theme so I copied over another theme via ftp (Themes and Module) this was Fennecs. I then tried to access pages on this theme but again I am encountering the same problem, I cant even go onto the log in or view the cart. Does anybody have any advice why I cant get new themes to work? I activated the modules and positioned them correctly. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance
Mike Kranzler
HI leigh, This is an external theme created by DapurPixel, and you will need to speak with them to get assistance on this. You can try contacting them via this post about that theme, or try to reach them on their website. -Mike

leighmills33
I am also having the same issues with the Fennecs theme. Is there any thing else what I need to do when I move the modules and themes over, except from edit the positions? Thanks
Mike Kranzler
Hi thanks for the reply and the advise. Do you have any suggestions on where I should get my themes? Thanks Hi Leigh, If you would like to work with themes and modules that come with PrestaShop support, you should check out our official Addons Store. And I really can't give you advice on your issue without seeing your website, but as I said, we're able to help you on themes purchased through our Addons store or at the very least we facilitate communication between you and the developer should you have any questions. -Mike

leighmills33
Hi, Did anyone manage to have a look at my issue? When I use the standard theme provided by Prestashop all the links work, such as sitemap, contact form, log in etc. When I install a new theme like the one I have currently installed "Fennecs" none of the links work, each page just displays the header. Am I missing something simple? I havent started the website as of yet, I have just installed the theme to show my problems, no positions or anything has been changed. All I have done is sent the theme and modules over via FTP and selected the theme in Prestashop. Please let me know if anybody has had the same issues or has a solution, my website is www.ollianna.com Thanks
