edwiny
Hello Prestashop Community, I just migrated to Prestashop 1.4.4.1 from CRELoaded and just tested a completed transaction and encountered an “error” in the invoice. The invoice shows the following list of itemized totals which is correct (too many line items in my opinion). Total products (tax excl.) : $649.00 Total products (tax incl.) : $697.21 Total shipping : $76.04 Total (tax incl.) : $773.25 Total (tax excl.) : $725.04 However, at the bottom, the following Tax detail also appears which is totally different from the above. Due to formatting issues when posting on this forum, I have attached a snap shot image: Take note of the Total with Tax = 1,150.21. ?? The order total is only 773.25 (Includs Products w/ Tax + Shipping). So I’m uncertain of where the values below comes from Any ideas on how to fix this? Thus Far, I’m thrilled with Prestashop but this is an issue that will continue to haunt us with many customer inquiries. Many people will be shocked at the big amount of $1,150.21 (Total with Tax) and call in for explanation. Thank you in advance for you guidance and expertise. edwiny
Haven't heard from anyone who might know what is happening with the invoice error I described above. So one more try. Is there anyone out there who is encountering this same issue?
Kier
Hi, I have the exact same issue! In addition, the total on the invoice is sometimes different than what is in the order summary or email. Usually only a cent or two so it seems to be a rounding error. Would love to know what is going on.
