Jeet Kune Do
I woul like that my customers will not be enabled to see and to download invoices (because of missing elements and problem of charter encoding kind) and in meantime I would like to keep tracking sales. From what I read and tryed If you disable Invoices the sales are not tracked into stats modules. Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions. Best regards! ZioFranky
someone has solved this issue? any suggestion coming from PRO USER? I will appreciate your help. We all know the problem with statistics begins when you turn off invoices. But what actually changes in database or settings turning ON and OFF invoice feature? I disabled invoice and stats freeze. Re enabled but stats stopped to work at all. Any way to get back to Invoice On Status? How to do that? Or how to get invoice OFF and Stats Working? Help Please! a_smith
Hah, now I know what is a source of my issue. I have no stats working at all. But I have invoices disabled globally. Now I know why my stats doesnt work.... Its absolutely wrong to implement stats as being fully dependend on invoice enable/disable settings. Any solution/workaround to this (another one) Prestashop issue?

Christiaan_01
Hi, It's simple. Just open statssales.php in the statssales module. (It's best to open with Notepad++) Simply replace all invoice_date by date_add. Hope this helps.

ZioFranky
to luisjmatias: I don't know if on PS 1.6 this works but in 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 yes, so, if you want to get stats back, then, TURN ON invoicing, then at least in one of your order clic on GENERATE INVOICE. Stats should come back working.
