PrestaBox Support? help required but not response.

Hi,

I have sent 2 messages via support (1 over a month ago) & a 3rd via email but with no answers at all.

 

Soon I will be paying the 15euro's a month but my site isn't tracking on google, not even the company name despite following all simple seo instructions, submitting to google & testing on an seo test site which says 'excellent'

My email forwarding also won't work to my hotmail account.

 

If I move my site to an alternative ecommerce site can I take my .com name with me?

 

Really worried with the lack of support.
