Using 1.4 can you export data to another site

Hi

 

I am getting very confused with this exporting data.

 

I have been asked to supply my products to another website using the "XML feed of your wholesale inventory".

 

Can and if so How do I do this please?

 

If it is possible I do not want to export ALL of my products so can you delete and only send the ones you want to.

 

Hope ful of getting a fast reply as I need to tell them whether its possible or not.
