I have uploaded 4 Items has downloadable content but now it has stopped working. Every time I go to add a downloadable content I get error: unknown error can someone please help with this. phrasespot Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 It has been a while since you posted but in case anyone else has this problem, one cause of this error is due to hard coded maximum upload size in AdminProducts.php which works out to about 9.5MB so if you try to upload anything larger than that you will receive that error. protected $maxFileSize = 10000000; Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
