JRGandara Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 When I want to send a message to a customer inside an order, and I select yes to display message to consumers, the message (e-mail) is sent, the subject is ok, but the message is blank. Aldeag Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 I have exactly the same problem. I send myself a message and arrives empty. Only the logo of the shop. So when I send a message to a customer making an offer or a change, it doesn´t arrive. I have to send a mail from my own mail address. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rhobur Posted September 22, 2011 Share Posted September 22, 2011 It happens to me too since I have upgraded to 1.4.0 but recently discovered that every of these messages are visible on the BO Home page in Customer Service tab; you can see them and reply too.
