the shop moved to a other webspace. if i call the domain http://www.shop.superbike-coach.com the site is redirecting to http://www.25sekunden.de/EN/index.html

the new hoster can't find where the redirect was set, and suggested to check with the software settings (software installed in shop.superbike-coach.com ).

my guess is that this has to do with the configuration during the installation, but i am not sure, even though i don't have an idea how and where to change those settings.

please help

The value you are looking for is in the PREFIX_configuration table. Find the records where the name are PS_SHOP_DOMAIN and PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL and change their value field to your new domain

thx. i tried that and put in that domain www.superbike-coach.com/shop.superbike-coach.com/shop.superbike-coach.com, which makes the shop shows up so far, even though no other link will work. i even don't know, why i have to have that repeating domain going on.

i am really at the end of what i am doing. the old domain will stop at the end of this month. if i don't get this run, i'll standing there without the shop, which will hurt the business. please please help to make this work.

What is the installation domain for prestashop? Each of PS_SHOP_DOMAIN and PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL should have a single value. Say, if your installation is at sub-domain shop.superbike-coach.com then

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN = shop.superbike-coach.com

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL = shop.superbike-coach.com

if your installation is at domain superbike-coach.com then

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN = superbike-coach.com

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL = superbike-coach.com

Can you login to back office? If you can:

1- Back Office > Preferences > SEO & URLs > URLs Setup Check that all values are correct

2- Back Office > Tools > Generators uncheck all options and re-generate .htaccess file. Then physically check the .htaccess file in the root of your install that there is no redirections in it.

3- Back Office > Preferences > Performance Turn off all performance tweaks.

Try the front office again. If everything works, you can set the performance tweaks and .htacess as you wish again.
