How to find my products from old file

Hi,

 

I am having major challenges with the upgrade so just going to do a reinstall and start from scratch as been 2 days solid on keep reinstalling to same result

 

but not a criticism as PS have given such an amazing gift - still cant believe most of this is free!

 

But is there any way i can copy and paste my old product listings into the new install, iv gone from 1.2.6 (i think) to new 1.4.1

 

Any suggestions?
