Add required field in contact page

Hi there folks!

 

I searched for custom fields for contact page, but

I fould a post, but with too many of them.

 

Can someone please tell how can I make

a custom (*)required input field for contact page.

 

Its a field for telephone number.

 

When the message is recieved it should show up in the end

of the message.
