Problème scènes Bug

Bonjour à tous,

 

 

Si vous rencontrer une erreur dans votre version prestashop 1.4.3 ou 1.4.4

concernant vos "scènes" dans l'onglet catalogue/scènes vous marquant sans cesse que vous devez créer une zone malgré que vous l'avez créer et que rien ne se passe et bien voici la solution.

 

A l'aide de Filezilla accèder votre serveur FTP

Aller dans votre dossier JS

Editer le fichier ADMIN_SCENE_CROPPING.JS

 

Et remplacer le par le code que je vous ai fournis sur le fichier mis en pièce jointe de ce Topic ou que vous trouverez en Bas de ce Topic.

 

Aller constater que cela fonctionne désormais en prenant soin de recharger votre navigateur si vous ne voyez pas de différence.

 

Si cela persiste ces par ce qu'il vous faut effacer certain fichier de compilation et cache

 

Aller dans votre dossier TOOLS/SMARTY

Effacer tous les fichiers se trouvant dans les dossiers CACHE et COMPILE

Mais surtout surtout ne pas effacer les fichiers "index.php"

Refaite cette manipulation dans le dossier "SMARTY -OLD" et "SMARTY-V2"

 

Cette manipulation sert à mettre à jours aussitôt votre site et Back Office sans avoir de délai de pagination.

 

Tout dois fonctionner désormais.
