Prestashop config out of date (probably cached)

My prestashop has starting to play up... basically what ever config variables I change, never update in the admin area.

 

If I go into the database, I can see the variables have updated.

 

For example, I removed the www. from my domain, admin area still reports wrong domain because of the www. and I'm connecting to the non-www version, database tells me setting is the domain without www.

 

Ideas?
