csb1983
Hello to all, This is my first post on this forum, as I have managed to solve all my problems so far myself. However this time I am absolutely stuck. I am using Prestashop 1.4.4.1 and my webserver is WAMP (local development server) with the follwoing: Apache Version :2.2.17 PHP Version :5.3.5 MySQL Version :5.5.8 The problem that I am faced with is that when I enable to layered navigation block, the category pages are all blank, when I select one of the options on the block, the animated loading gif shows dissapears and the category remains blank. Also the pagination drop down box is displaying the values of "4" and "10", which I believe it should not be doing. The amount of products that are displayed on the layered nav block's list items are also incorrect, for example, I know there are 10 white products but the menu shows 3 in the brackets. There are no javascript error warning (however it does seem like it could be a JS problem). The error occurs in all major browsers IE FF and Chrome, however the animated loading gif does not show in IE. Are the standard Prestashop modules that are bundled with Prestashop 1.4.4.1 the latest or are the latest versions of the modules available as a seperate download any where? Thanks to anyne who has taken the time to read my post, and any help would be greatly appriciated. Chris

Presta FABRIQUE
Hi It is a very simple solution to that! Go to your Layered Navigation module Configuration page, and create a template. Do not forget to save it, and be aware, that saving the "filters template" and "configuration" are two separate forms! After you set a Filter template, all your products will be listed properly in category view! Cheers!

Hi i tried this but on the Layered navigation page step 2/3 it says "Selected Filters(0)" and "Available Filters (0)" even though it lists a load of filters with tick boxes. If I select the tick boxes the boxes tick but nothing saves. There is no "Save/CReate Filter" button on that panel There is a save button in the panel below this named"Configuration" but when i click that it just saves the options in that panel and doesnt add my filter
Mike Kranzler
Hi everybody, We had some issues reported with Layered Navigation (most of which were not within the module itself, but with its interactions with other modules and features), and are actually going to be releasing the re-tooled version this week. For the time being, I would suggest that you deactivate the current version and replace it with this new one as soon as we make it available. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. -Mike

jhr774
Hi, Having problems with it too, as you can see if you put a product in 2 categories it counts it double in other filters. As you can see from the image there are only 4 products in my shop at the moment - Headphones (4) this is correct, but because I put the products under 2 categories it says there are JVC (4) and Groov-e (4) and total new (8). There should only be JVC (2) and Groov-e (2) and Total New (4). Only started setting up shop and am going threw everything to make sure I know how it all works. using the latest version of Prestashop and the new theme.
