LinnB Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 Hi, A customer bought an item on my shop, the payment through DIBS went well but then the customer sent me a message informing me that he couldn't find any order. I checked the customer's page and I saw that he had one cart (the item) but no order. So I can't change the status of the order, and no invoice can be made. Any idea of what can have caused this problem and how I can fix it? LinnB /edit I checked myself and got the same problem.
