[OPC] Carrier auto-selection to the last Carrier after address update

Hello,

When i select a carrier and after update my address (e.g. use an other address checkbox or change the address scrollbar) or log-in, the carrier table auto select the last carrier... and, moreover, do not update its fee. (and the free transport changes from "Free" to "0,00e")

I am working on v1.4.3, checked on the new v1.4.4.1 release and still have that major bug!

It can be a BO missconfig but I tried a lot of them
