Customisable invoices/credit slips

Hello all

 

Not sure if this is the correct section to post in but I wonder if anybody has an suggestions regarding customisable invoices/credit slips.

 

Simply, if a customer selects the wrong shipping zone and gives me permission to charge his/her card the extra amount owed, is there a way I can create an invoice which can be accessed through both the customer's control panel and my back office, alongside the original invoice?

 

Also, is there anything available that will allow me to amend credit slips? For instance, if a customer returns an item, we charge a return fee but I can't currently show this on a credit slip so have to email my own version to the customer - far from ideal as it means it cannot be accessed via my website, which makes things complicated and messy.

 

I am currently running an old version of PS (around 1.0.1, I think) and would like to upgrade but I think my store is just too heavily customised.
