Mike Kranzler
Hi Mike Thanks for your answer. I'm using Prestashop version 1.4.4.1 And what is it you are doing when you receive this error? For example, adding a product to your cart, changing a quantity, etc. -Mike
carlose
I'm updating an order, changing any field to orders table. The file I've attached is from a test that I modified from the Prestashop web services documentation. I only change customer entity from that example to order entity. Mike Kranzler
Can you please post a report here so that our development team can look into this for you? -Mike
carlose
Thank you Mike I'll post there in a minute. But, I want to tell you something important that I forgot: in my development PC, WIndows 7 64, apache zend dev server, mysql and the same Prestashop version it works ok, no error. The problem started when I installed it in the hosting server. I start with a standard hosting and then, when I got that error, I migrate to a "virtual private server" without luck..got same error. Do you know if there is a required hosting configuration? It seems to me like the error were from Apache and not from Prestashop. Thank you Carlos
Mike Kranzler
Hi Carlos, You may want to compare your setup to PrestaShop's System Requirements, but the best thing to do will definitely be to post a report using the link I provided above. -Mike
