Firefox vs Internet Explorer

Hey everyone i tried looking but couldn't find anything so here goes.

 

I altered a theme i downloaded a while ago and for some reason the wrapper in css (.page) will show a white background in FireFox but nothing in Internet Explorer so i was wondering if anyone knew how to deal with that? Would be greatle appriciated,

 

For an example:

and Internet Explorer

 

 

As you can see something is going wrong but i have no idea what.

 

Any help would be awesome!

They look identical here in IE 8 or in FF 6. Are you still having this problem? If so what are the versions of browsers you are using?

Looks good in IE8, IE9 and IE10. It is IE7 that is causing the problem. You can correct this with a conditional IF IE 7 statement in your header.

Thanks guys and yeah it does seem to be only IE7 and of course it has to be the one i have installed haha! Sorry for the late reply i've been quite busy.
