Can't change logo and product images

Hi,

 

I have installed last Prestashop release (1.4.4.1) and I have a problem:

If try to change the product images or logo images it tell me that the modify is OK but in realty it not change and there is not any error message.

I remember that during installation phase I can't change the logo image because it have told me that the transfer file folder is not existent

Maybe a caching issue? Try disabling all performance tweak in Back Office > Preferences > Performance and try again.

I'm having the same issue. Fresh install of 1.4.4.1. When I try to upload the logos, favicon, google map logo or a store picture, it does not change. I have check permissions (755) on my folders. Of course when I upload them via FTP it works just fine. but not via back end of store.

 

Any ideas, suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated!

Try verifying that you actually have a "img" folder. If it doesn't exist jet, create one.

 

Important: You have to give permission for Prestashop to write on that folder. On some servers that is only possible with CHMOD "777"

I to am having this issue. Fresh install of 1.4.4.1. I have check my permissions as well on both the img folder and all its sub-folders. They are set to 777. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
