ukbaz Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 Hi - I have had numerous customers email notification messages marked as undeliverable by mailserver owing to them making spelling and typo errors entering their email addresses when ordering. Most carts ask for email to be entered twice to avaoid this problem. I have managed to do this on the 5 step checkout without a problem by adding an email_validate box and error check for mismatch in the authorisation template and controllers and it works well - however I cannot get this implemented in the one page checkout. I sometimes get an email from an unregistered customer where the reply gets kicked back as undeliverable because the email address had a typo.
