spirals
Hi all - this is a major cry for help! I am suppose to 'launch' a site for a customer tomorrow and all of a sudden I am encountering an error. I can add products to the cart fine but when clicking on either Cart or Checkout it tries to connect but after a few seconds it comes up with an error page. I really don't know what is happening. If someone could please take a look at www.plumberlink.com.au to see what I mean i would be very very grateful.. I will be on here all night until I fix this - I will continue to try and fix it myself but obviously if someone has an idea where I could start looking to fix it it would be great. Thanks so much in advance. Duncan
Dave L
Don't know if you fixed this or not but it works for me (Firefox) but I don't see a cart button, only the checkout.

Thanks Dave- no I didn't fix it I just went to 1 page checkout for the interim - i'll try and go back to 5 stage now and see if it has miraculously "fixed itself"

oxyweb
Quote The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects. I think you've got some kind of weird http rewrite or php location issue. You get lots of 302·Moved·Temporarily error messages as it redirects you back to /orders. Not sure if you modified the code but maybe an if statement gone a bit awry? Edit: Apologies if I'm stating the obvious, just throwing out some ideas!
