Doesn't generate delivery slip

Hi there,

 

(note I posted this in general discussion but realised it should be posted here)

 

I am setting up a prestashop site...

 

I have so far only used a few test orders (through paypal sandbox) and one real order....that was eventually refunded.

 

For all the test orders, it says waiting for paypal payment so it doesn't generate an invoice at the backend, or a delivery slip. For the real order, it did generate the invoice but not the delivery slip. What do I need to do to generate a delivery slip?
