Paypal "...cart item amounts do not match order amounts"

Hi

I am a Prestabox user. The installed PayPal module is 2.4. The latest available seems to be 2.8 but I am not in a position to upgrade it (I do think I can).

 

I am not trying to use the sandbox facility, just straight into my account using the API credentials.

 

I had this problem fixed by turning on the PayPal option to stop PayPal recalculating the amounts. The option was under Website Payment Preferences as per the PrestaShop Wiki entry, Now I can't find this option. PayPal is set to not calculate shipping/postal amounts.

 

I am now ready to open my shop but can't...

 

Can anyone help?

I solved this issue in the last version of the module. Please upgrade the module (I think you can).

If you can't, please contact the PrestaBox support.

Howdy Fabien. Any chance of getting clarification on what specific version of the module your changes were applied to? I have a client experiencing this same issue and am not clear whether your changes exist in the module bundled with 1.4.6.2 or not as "last version" is ambiguous.

The fix is on 1.4.6.2 so I think it's very strange you have the issue. No one complain about this issue since PayPal 2.8

i've set a price as 0.01

and have a 0.01 delivery cost

 

so i want to pay 0.02 pound and receive the same error as above

This is not an issue

PayPal does not accept paiement under 1 pound.

We also have the same error here... PrestaShop™ 1.4.3 & Paypal version v2.4

 

All of a sudden its stopped working ?

 

Is it best to install the new version of the module? Is this compatible with version 1.4.3 ?
