I don't understand what “ personnal eBay Template” mean .I usually use Auctiva as listing tool .I use it on US,Canada Ebay . I have Professional store at Ebay. France .It is not a problem . There are other problem when performing the Sync .All the items have same title ,it seems Only Sync the picture and price . And when I Duplicate one product and save as a new product,I Sync .This new product have same title as the old one on ebay site .If I don't duplicate ,just edit a product from begining ,it is no problem .But still have no description on Ebay .
