Blank page after fresh install on 1.1!?

Again, after fixing the problem with space in path, I have now a shot up but a blank page on BO!?...

PS: was installed on the same server that I had installed V1.0

If i put the install.php the following error appears:

Looks te me that it cannot find the files needed "failed to open stream: No such file or directory".
Are you sure that access to these files are setup correctly?
