Zip Postal Code Insert Error

Hello,

 

I am attempting to set up my Prestashop shipping but am running into many problems doing so.

 

I am trying to setup various counties but am running into trouble with the zip postal code input. Canada's format is LNLNLN (L-letter, N-number). When I input a postal code into my country I get an "error" message. I am following the correct format setup in my country.

 

I also noticed if I simply add in 12345, the zip postal code works fine.

 

Any help?
