Installing modules issues ( PS 1.0)!?

Hi again, after the space in the path issue, I have now the modules installation issue.
Instead of installing the module after clicking on the install button, my browser give me the way to download ( index.php file )!?...
And again its a first time after many succeded install, I encount this problem!?...

I just guess is a folder permission problem, the problem is I did double check these as PS required...

Ok, guys looks like a server side issue as I did not have the same problem from my other server... But what!?...

I have a suhosin installation issue on it, I will try to fix it before and see if is not this causing the problem...

But I doubt it was due to our suhosin install...
