devilsown
I bought the Orlique Order manager from prestashop store 2 weeks latter it still is not usable. I sent an email to prestashop about this 2 weeks ago and the developer than emailed me back promptly. I told them the issue. They fixed the first issue. Then i told them about more issues and then nothing, i have sent many unanswered emails to Orlique that have not been answered since last friday. So is my only recourse is a chargeback? Prestashop never returned my email from 2 weeks ago...
Mike Kranzler
Hi devilsown, Orlique Order is not devloped internally by PrestaShop, but if you would like to make sure our addons team is aware of this issue, please send an email to romain DOT montagne AT prestashop DOT com and he will be sure to look into this for you. -Mike
devilsown
I know its not a prestashop modual, it was bought threw prestashop store. Which if i can't get these bugs fixed i will need a refund or worst case a chargeback. I would perfer for the developer to fix the issues or even return emails. I have spend money on it and i keep finding more and more bugs. I guess i am just spoiled that prestochango who i bought other moduals from emails me back promptly. i will send an email to this person also. Mike Kranzler
We do take these sorts of concerns about our external developers seriously, which is why I've provided you with a direct line of contact with someone on our addons team who can make the necessary connection and handle this for you. If you haven't heard back from Romain within 24 hours, please let me know and I will see what I can do on my end to make sure we reach this developer. -Mike

Mister Denial
Hi devilsown, I has exactly the same issue with Orlique, but got a new version sent to me per email last week, and it now works (I had errors with Ajax). Have you received the new version yet? If not, try asking them about it again, might help. But I can really understand your frustration, I felt exactly the same way - except for the Prestashop Team and Presta-Changeo, customer service is sometimes...ahm... subpar. Good luck, hope you get your bug corrected soon. Dan
Mike Kranzler
Hi Mister Denial, Thanks for chiming in with your experience with this developer. We are working to reach him directly, and I am monitoring it personally to make sure we handle this properly and hopefully develop a new system to limit this sort of concern. -Mike
devilsown
Developer contacted me today. They don't believe me there is an issue My question to them. found another error to your software. If an item is out of stock it will not let you create the order. You should be able to create an order even if stock is not there just like you can on the front end. Not enough quantity in stock for product "xxxx" His response back Orlique uses prest's native stock management settings. Of course, you cannot create an order with an item, that is not there Kinda of a rude response IMO. Am i the only person using this modual that has prestashop setup to accept orders even if out of stock? Issue with orlique is if i have an item go out of stock. Then latter i go into an order that has this item in it and say i change the shipping way or even the addy, when i go to save the item since its out of stock now it removes the item from stock
Mike Kranzler
Hi devilsown, My suggestion would be to respond to them asking what they suggest in order to make their module work for your purposes. Since its an external addon I can't give you the same advice they would be able to provide. Please let me know what you hear back from them. -Mike

Mister Denial
@ Mike: Glad I could contribute. I want to stress again that the Orlique module is really great once it works, and does close the gap caused by some missing order management features of PS (like the very basic deleting orders). I had to wait some before I got a working version, but once it did, two thumbs up. Now what I wanted to suggest is, maybe you guys could come up with some sort of qualification seal for Prestastore modules, based on customer service / quality checks & requirements the developer has to comply with? When you have multiple modules performing more or less the same task, I would feel better buying my module from a reputed developer. Presta-Changeo for example would in my opinion qualify for such a "Quality Award" - I know from my experience with his modules that they are reliable, AND customer service is excellent too. I know because I have bought them, but a Quality Seal or Award would help new customers to know that too. That would in my opinion be a great improvement to the Prestastore, and maybe a motivation for developers to provide the best possible service. No service, no seal, no sales. NickKK
Hi Mike (and you other guys), So, did the Orlique Order Manager get fixed? I am planning on buying this module, but if it cannot work with Stock Management turned OFF - or no products are on stock - then it is a NO GO for my use. Did you succeed in reaching the developer? Thanks! /Nick
