[SOLVED] UPS Module "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."

Hi all.

When I try to do a test checkout on my site www.ksplusfashions.ca/Shop -

I get this message under 'Delivery Methods' -

"There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."

I am using the UPS Carrier v1.2 by PrestaShop. I was able to see the shipping options I selected to be available, but then the next day all of the sudden I am getting this message. I am using the exact same address details, and have even tried using an address of a family member near by.

I don't believe I have touched anything since setting up the shipping module. What might have caused this issue? Is there anything else I should mention?

Thank you.

Did you make any changes to Zone / Country / States?

No. I Un-installed and re-installed it yesterday just to be sure, and everything is Default.

Did you edit the carrier after creating it?

Nope, I haven't edited it. I have only tried to change the "Default Carrier" to different UPS options. With no success.

Make sure that the carrier is assigned to your customer group (Shipping->Carrier->Edit carrier).

I'm unsure what you mean by this, but I looked through each UPS option under 'Shipping > Carrier' and all the Zones are checked.

Is it at all possible for this to be a problem on UPS' end? I doubt it, but I need this resolved so any idea about what could be going on is needed.

Hi Shannon,

I don't know if you saw our update to your bug report, but the issue lay with the UPS webservice's rounding issues. You had your packaging weight as .009kg, which was below their built-in thresholds. We added a bit of code to round any weight up to the minimum in order to prevent this error on UPS' end going forward. For more information, you can check out the bug report here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-3479

Have a great day,

Mike
