mohd_adli
Hi mohd, What was the date you applied the fix? -Mike I fix it just now & I've already install herfix here http://kedaibukuonline.belibukuonline.com.my/herfix.php but nothing happen. I'm not sure that is my mistake or anything else.
Mike Kranzler
So you fixed it today? I took a look at your page through Google Chrome, and if you look at their Diagnostic page, it says your site was last crawled on August 28th, which was before you applied the fix. Once Google re-crawls your page, it will see that the issue has been removed and it will get rid of that message. You can submit it here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?continue=http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue%3D/addurl -Mike

Mike Kranzler
When you first apply the herfix, you should get a white page with the word "OK." That confirms you have applied everything properly. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
What that means is that you've properly fixed the issue, and now its just a matter of getting recrawled. Until the search engines verify that you've done this, they can't remove that warning. The "blacklisted" report just reflects that message you got when you visited your website today. Your best option is to submit your URL to be recrawled. That will get the blacklist removed for you once they go through it again. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
It would've happened when you applied the fix. But if you ran a scan on your website and everything except the "blacklist" came out clear, your website should be fine. -Mike

I've read from another post mentioned that upload/dowload folder have a problem. I want to know this problem will fix automatically when I fix herfix.php file? Is it true or I need to solve it manually?
Mike Kranzler
If you've already followed the directions we provided with the herfix file, your site is fixed. All that's left is the recrawl. -Mike

liquidesnake
To Mike Kranzler All my PS databases have been wiped out around that hacking period. I ve got 4 PS websites running on my server. they r all on 1.4.XXX version. I checked the following symptoms: • A her.php file is at the root of /modules folder • A .php file different from index.php is in the upload and download folders • Your footer.tpl file has been modified. • Your tools/smartyv2 folder is missing I could not find any of those symptoms. so everything looks fine. I checked with my web host, they said that they have nothing to do with that. and I believe them because it only affected my PS sites, I have got other stuff running on my server like WordPress sites, all my WordPress databases have been intact..so only PS. So have u got any idea? or have u heard of a similar story?

Mike Kranzler
Hi liquidesnake, Even if you don't have any of those files, it is still a good idea to upgrade to the latest version to protect your store from any future attempts. Let me know if you have any additional questions! -Mike
