Disappearing Bookmark In Permanent Links Block

Good morning,

 

Whilst working on the shop I noticed that the bookmark link in the header had disappeared leaving just contacts and site map. The shop is turned off at the moment but if it would help I can turn it on for a short while. fern-jewellery.co.uk

 

Honestly, I didn't touch anything. This module has given me trouble in the past: reset, to me, means return to original state but if I do this the block flies all over the place (out of position). Similarly if I delete and reinstall.

P.S. I have looked in the tpl file/s and it appears to be there just doesn't display on the web page
