Emptied Cart still shows last item deleted

Hi all,

I am running 1.4.1.0 and have an issue where if i remove the last item from the cart using the delete icon or by clicking the minus icon when the qty is set to 1, it does delete the item ok and display a 'Your cart is empty' message, but does not refresh the page so it still shows the last item in the cart.

 

I need it to refresh the cart page when the cart is empty as this is confusing my testers.

 

Can anyone help?

Same thing also happens with me with the version 1.4.4.1
