change customer group by 2nd purchase

hi,

i really appreciate little help. i have two kind of customers (groups in BO). default customers with normal prices and customers after second purchase which have 3% discount to all of the products in the shop.

 

is there any way how automatically change the group from default to 3%discount after second purchase? it should be done in mysql - the guy who will work whit shop is totaly IT-lama and i want to minimalize the possibility of bugs.

 

please any suggestion
